A few days ago I decided to take a drive around Ajman, and I somehow managed to stumble upon Hamriyah Port. I managed to take some pics (but not too many).
I was amazed that the area was unusually quiet. Being a city boy, it was something I wasn't used to.
I then headed to the nearby beach which wasn't crowded (which is a good thing), but there were a couple of families having fun on the beach. This is an area I will consider in the future if I wanted to go to a beach. I also managed to take a shot of this.
Only in Ajman will you find traffic lights with countdown timers.

I got a chance to head down to Downtown Dubai on December the 3rd to visit a classic car show that was hosted by Emaar at the Emaar Boulevard. There were a variety of classic cars out there, some as old as a '20's Ford Model T to something more recent like a Bugatti EB110, and there was even a Batmobile! All in all, I enjoyed the show and got to see and take pictures of various classic exotics.
I took a LOT of photos (around 220, filtered down to 126). I was impressed by some of my shots, but many left a lot to be desired. Shadows ruined some of my shots (like the yellow 'Cuda), and the shutter speeds were way above what my pop-up flash could handle. I should look into getting a 430EX II in the future.
Anyways, click the link below to see the rest of the photos (126 photos, 56k warning), critiques and comments are welcome.

I have a thing of taking lots of pictures and then posting it in my blog, so I added a new function that "hides" most of my pictures in the main page, but with a click of a link at the bottom of each blog post, all the pictures are shown.
Credit goes to Blogger Templates for their simple guide for adding this hack.
The only drawback is that this link shows on all blog posts, whether I want it or not, or suffer from not having this function at all. I think that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
